Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC in South Africa is hiring Sales Development Representatives to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This is a full-time remote role across South Africa. You will source ideal accounts, identify decision makers, and craft personalized outreach across email, LinkedIn and phone to book discovery

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and prospecting platforms.

• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
