Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel by researching accounts, identifying decision makers, and booking meetings with qualified prospects.

You’ll craft personalized outreach and maintain clean Salesforce records. You will work remotely within South Africa, collaborating with Account Executives to schedule discovery calls and test messaging to improve targeting.

Formación

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo; comfortable with Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
