Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our remote team across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel by researching ideal accounts, identifying decision makers, and crafting personalized outreach to book qualified discovery calls.

In this role you’ll maintain clean CRM records in Salesforce and SalesLoft, test messaging, and collaborate with Account Executives to tighten targeting and accelerate pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in SDR/BDR roles.
• Ability to personalise outreach at scale.
• Experience with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and pipeline management.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
