Dante Personnel Recruitment (Pty) Ltd is looking for a Business Development Manager based in Rustenburg, North West. The role focuses on expanding the client base in mining, construction and FMCG across South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa, with a basic salary plus commission and company-funded provident fund.

You will maintain detailed pipelines, drive new markets, and present updates to senior leadership, while leveraging strong communication and negotiation skills to grow the portfolio.

Minimum requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Commercial Business
• Bachelor’s degree in Transport Economics, Industrial Engineering, Commerce, Supply Chain and Logistics
• Development experience in mining, building and construction and FMCG portfolio in South Africa and across the Sub‑Saharan Africa region
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident in cold calling and opening new markets
