Our client, a JSE listed FinTech company based in the Cape Town area, is looking for a Business Development Executive to focus on growing the retail investment business through financial advisor engagement and relationship management.

Position overview:

Looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with great client engagement and interpersonal skills to join its dynamic team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be accustomed to developing and maintaining effective business relationships with advisors and delivering a proactive service that enhances the image of the company and contributes to the growth and profitability of the Retail business unit.

Requirements:

• BCom or similar completed University degree
• Minimum 3 years' Business Development Executive experience within the investments/financial services industry
• RE5 is mandatory
• CFP qualifications are highly advantageous
• Existing advisor/client portfolio preferred
• Strong relationship management, presentation, and client engagement skills
• .Valid drivers license and own transport
• Computer literate
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer service mindset
• Able to interact with clients effectively
