Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in short-term insurance with 5 of those years in commercial & personal lines sales.
• Experience in brokerage environment.
• Proven ability to successfully lead the Broking Operations function - Commercial and Personal Lines.
• Post-matric qualification (BCom Risk/Accounting, BBA) advantageous.
