Job summary

Dante Personnel Recruitment (Pty) Ltd seeks a Business Development Consultant to drive revenue growth in the corporate Skills Development and training market. You will identify, develop and convert new business opportunities, located in Pretoria East, SA, with a salary of R25 000 CTC.

You should have 3–5 years' relevant SETA/QCTO experience, strong B2B sales, lead generation and CRM skills, and a proven ability to close deals while building tailor-made training solutions.

• Experience selling learnerships, skills programmes, short courses, SDF services, grants, and other training interventions.
• Proven B2B sales track record and ability to generate leads.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within corporate Skills Development and training market.
• Drive sustainable revenue growth for clients' Academy through end-to-end sales.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and after-sales follow-up.

We are looking for a Business development Consultant to drive sustainable revenue growth for our clients Academy through the identification, development and conversion of new business opportunities within the corporate Skills Development and training market.

Located in Pretoria East

Salary: R25 000 CTC

Minimum requirements

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years' relevant experience within the SETA, QCTO and/or Skills Development environment;
• Proven experience selling learnerships, skills programmes, short courses, SDF services, including discretionary grants, and other training interventions
• A demonstrable track record of successful B2B sales
• Proven experience in generating own leads and developing new business
• Experience managing the full sales cycle
• Demonstrated ability to close sales
• Experience developing tailor-made training and/or Skills Development solutions
• Strong working knowledge of the B-BBEE Skills Development element
• Practical understanding of the SETA and QCTO environments
• An established professional network relevant to the role
• Previous CRM experience
