Duties & Responsibilities

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is required.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development with a strong focus on HR related services.
3. Proven track record of consistently generating at least 5 million Rand in annual sales within your established pipeline.
4. Extensive network of relationships within HR Manager and Director functions across all industries.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
6. Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
7. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
8. Be prepared to travel to various regions within South Africa as required to engage with clients and partners.
9. Own car and a driver's license are required.
