Responsibilities

• Responsible for all SAP SD areas including support, maintenance, implementation, and optimisation
• Drive innovation and ensure SAP functionality meets business needs
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to users as required
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and objectives
• Develop and maintain system design documents, functional specs, and test plans
• Ensure end-users are trained on new SAP functionality
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP with other IT systems
• Participate in system configuration, testing and implementation activities

Purpose of the Role:

The SAP Business Analyst is responsible for the development, implementation, and support of the SAP MM modules. This role is accountable for key SAP areas and must ensure that the SAP system aligns business goals and objectives.

• Participating in SAP system audits and compliance reviews.
