Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with specialist knowledge in SAP WM/LE to support Logistics Execution and Warehouse Management in Durban, South Africa. You will drive configurations, provide end-user support, and implement improvements across related systems.

Qualifications

5+ years experience as a Business Analyst
SAP End-User Support and configuration experience essential
Degree in IT/IS/Supply Chain & IT
Valid Code EB drivers' license
Experience integrating warehousing with new technologies (Voice, Handheld Scanners, RF)

Responsibilities

Provide SAP End-User Support and resolve WM-related issues
Assist end users and resolve calls within SLA
Collaborate with experts/consultants to resolve WM module issues
Deliver end-user training and create training materials
Develop and maintain SAP WM reports and dashboards
Identify IT application solutions to support MM/WM requirements
Maintain user profiles and manage access in SAP
Conduct regular system compliance audits for WM
