Qualifications

• 4+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

• Exposure to application environments, integrations and data flows

Responsibilities

• Analyse and document current business processes, identifying inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Design and document optimised processes.
• Engage with stakeholders to translate needs into clear requirements.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure feasible solutions.
• Develop understanding of business applications, integrations and data flows.
• Evaluate potential tech solutions with technical teams.
• Facilitate requirements analysis, solution design, testing and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to automate and digitise processes using AI and emerging tech.
• Collaborate with developers, vendors and stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
