Job summary

QE Services IT Recruitment is seeking a Business Analyst to join our client’s team in Bellville on a contract basis. The role focuses on eliciting and documenting business requirements, analyzing processes, and aligning outcomes with strategy and governance.

• Commerce, Business Analysis, Information Systems or related degree.
• Business Analyst certification.
• 3-5 years' relevant Business Analysis experience.
• Experience with process modelling methodologies and tools, including Lean Six Sigma and/or Enterprise Architecture.
• Experience facilitating workshops and engaging with stakeholders at various organisational levels.
• Experience working in an Agile environment, including Scrum, product backlog management and writing user stories.
• Knowledge or experience in Automation processes.
• Experience with project management methodologies and techniques.
• Short-term insurance industry experience.
• Knowledge of Operations Management principles.
