Job summary

Penta Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst to join a strategic industry transformation initiative in Johannesburg focused on PayShap adoption, participant consistency, customer experience and ecosystem readiness.

You will document current and future-state processes, manage requirements, assist with operating-model design, facilitate workshops, and model processes to support risk controls and pricing effectiveness in financial services.

Qualifications

• Experience with PayShap or similar digital or electronic payment systems.
• Business analysis experience - including current-state and future-state process documentation, requirements management, operating-model or governance design, workshop facilitation, process modelling and impact analysis.
• Financial services, payments, regulatory or compliance exposure is advantageous.
