Job summary

Our client in Humans Dorp close to Port Elizabeth is looking for a commercially minded Business Analyst who is passionate about business improvement and technology-enabled transformation. The ideal candidate will have experience working within FMCG, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, distribution, or a similar operational environment and will be comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. The successful candidate does not need to have worked with every system used by the business but must demonstrate strong business analysis capabilities, a desire to understand operational processes, and the ability to drive meaningful improvement initiatives through people, process, and technology.

Experience as a Supply Chain-focused Business Analyst Qualifications

A relevant degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Business Analysis, Information Systems, Information Technology, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst.

• Experience mapping and improving business processes.
• Exposure to ERP implementations, migrations, enhancements, or enterprise system projects.
• Experience facilitating workshops and working with stakeholders across multiple business functions.
• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing and implementation activities.
