Placements24 is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their team in Midrand, Gauteng. The role focuses on bridging business needs with technology solutions, driving initiatives and process improvements across departments in a hybrid work setup.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in business analysis, strong BPM understanding, and experience with Jira/Confluence. You will work with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure successful project delivery within a dynamic consultancy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record in management consultancy.
• Strong understanding of BPM and various analysis methodologies.
• Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and diagramming software.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
• Experience in project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
