Job summary

AB InBev Africa is looking for a Brewer Technician to operate the Brew house, Fermentation, Filtration and Packaging processes in a fast paced plant in South Africa. You will perform quality checks, maintain equipment and help drive improvements in product quality and cost efficiency.

The role requires a Diploma in Food Science, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, basic PC literacy (Microsoft/SAP) and the ability to work shifts in a production environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Food Science, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Basic PC literacy (Microsoft Office and SAP).
• Willingness to work shifts and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Brew house, Fermentation, Filtration and Packaging processes.
• Perform quality checks and record results in the information system.
• Support problem solving and maintenance tasks to improve plant performance.
• Coach team members and participate in shift handovers and meetings.
