Job summary

SIGNAL HILL PRODUCTS seeks a Mill Operator to manage the milling room, ensuring adherence to brewing recipes and safety standards. You will maintain cleanliness, assist with sanitation and hygiene, and support maintenance and quality control in a fast-paced production environment.

Strong teamwork, reliability and willingness to work after hours and weekends are essential. Prior brewing exposure is advantageous, and a forklift license is required to operate equipment safely.

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent required.
• Forklift license required.
• Experience in production environment and CIP knowledge.
• Interest in beer and brewing.
• Own transport or valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Operate milling room per brewing recipe.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in milling area.
• Record recipe changes and adjustments.
• Maintain inventory and documentation of activities.
• Coordinate with maintenance and management on equipment.
• Support continuous improvement and ME pillars on shopfloor.
