Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5–7 years in brand management, FMCG, snacks a plus.
• Proven track record in building brands via campaigns.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking; translate insights to actions.
• Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in Western Cape.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated brand strategies and campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage P&L for assigned brands; drive profitability and sales.
• Oversee new product development from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with sales, R&D, and supply chain for brand execution.
