Job summary

Epsidon Technology Holdings Pty is seeking a Brand Manager to oversee the daily operations and growth of its assigned brand portfolio within the AV distribution sector. The role emphasizes sales execution, operational excellence, and collaboration with vendor teams to meet GP targets and strategic goals.

The successful candidate will drive revenue, manage pricing and margins, and ensure stock planning while maintaining strong relationships with resellers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 minimum qualification is required.
• 3–5 years of Brand Manager experience in AV distribution or similar.
• Experience with LED displays and rental/staging markets is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily running of the assigned brand(s) and drive revenue.
• Grow brand success through resellers and vendor collaboration.
• Recruit and develop new resellers; maintain CRM-driven pipeline.
• Manage brand budget, pricing, and P&L; ensure stock levels.
• Coordinate marketing plans with internal and vendor teams; drive campaigns.
• Lead and develop the ABSEN Sales Specialists; ensure KPI attainment.
• Prepare weekly reports to BU Executive with deal progression.
