Qualifications

• Marketing Diploma is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in Vendor Marketing & Events Coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and assist with project plans for marketing and event activities.
• Assist with marketing plans for the company and its vendors.
• Coordinate approved marketing activities in quarterly plans with vendors.
• Liaise with Brand managers, Suppliers and Marketing team.
• Keep a spreadsheet for all marketing activities and events.
• Manage procurement processes with suppliers for events and branded collateral.
• Ensure competitive quotes and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Manage internal and external events and budgets to prevent overspending.
• Oversee setup and registration; manage suppliers and post-event reports.
• Book travel arrangements when required.
• Provide guidance to Marketing and Events coordinators.
