Job summary

Standard Bank Group is seeking a Brand Experience Director to lead flagship building experience initiatives across commercial properties and align spaces with the brand’s values and identity.

You will collaborate with Group Functions and Business Units to deliver memorable, consistent brand experiences, manage complex stakeholder networks, and apply project management methodologies to drive measurable brand sentiment and client journeys.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years' experience designing and implementing customer experience strategies.
• Proven experience in spatial strategies and interior design aligned with brand identity.
• Experience coordinating with marketing and branding teams to reflect the brand in the built environment.
