The Working Earth in Johannesburg is seeking a hands-on Brand & Creative Coordinator to support brand, marketing and digital work across our group.

The ideal candidate is a multidisciplinary creative generalist able to switch between graphic design, social content, video, copy, presentations and web content, from creative direction to final execution, using AI and digital tools wisely. A strong portfolio and willingness to travel with own vehicle are essential.

We are seeking a hands-on Brand & Creative Coordinator to support the execution of brand, marketing and digital work across multiple Group businesses. The ideal candidate is a multidisciplinary creative generalist who can move comfortably between graphic design, social media content, short-form video, copywriting, presentations, website content and campaign production. This person should enjoy making things happen, work well from creative direction, use modern AI and digital tools intelligently, and be disciplined enough to manage multiple tasks through to completion.

A strong portfolio is required. Candidates must demonstrate practical creative execution, strong digital literacy, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work across multiple brands. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Canva, social media content, short-form video and project/task management tools is highly advantageous. AI literacy is expected.

Must be willing to travel to various sites, own vehicle required.
