• Manage financial targets within company norms and balance risk.
• Maintain stock control, inventory accuracy and stock loss prevention.
• Ensure ISO compliance and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Oversee branch operations including order fulfilment and logistics.
• Drive local sales strategies aligned with regional goals.
• Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with Product/Application teams.
