Job summary

Emporium in Lydenburg, Mpumalanga, is seeking a self-motivated, target-driven Branch Manager to take accountability for daily branch activities and align with company goals. You will lead a diverse team, manage sales, service, stock and credit, and drive performance across all KPI areas.

You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and be responsible for building strong customer relationships, controlling costs, improving service levels, and ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Must have managed a diverse team before.
• Sound people skills to drive performance and accountability.
• 5+ years in business development and management.
• Drivers Licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop branch employees to deliver goals.
• Drive sales targets and operational efficiencies.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain relationships.
• Manage financial targets within company norms and assess risk.
• Maintain stock control, stock losses and security compliance.
• Oversee branch operations, inventory levels and order fulfilment.
• Coordinate with supply chain to ensure product availability.
• Develop local sales strategies aligned with regional goals.
