Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business/admin field.
• 5–7 years of ops management experience, ideally in a branch/multi-site environment.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting experience.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work model with office/remote duties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations, staffing, resource allocation, and daily workflow.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to meet performance targets and service standards.
• Develop and implement plans to improve efficiency, reduce costs and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Manage the branch budget and ensure resources are used effectively.
