Responsibilities

• Create, improve, implement processes and systems to ensure the branch runs smoothly.
• Analyse product sales performance and resolve issues causing slow moving stock.
• Recruit, select, onboard new employees for the branch
• Review and report on the item group sales performance to the Sales Manager
• Call and visit branch customer base on a regular basis
