Job summary

EnableSA Recruitment is seeking an experienced Branch Manager for its client in Gqeberha to lead daily sales, rental, parts and service activities and ensure performance against budget. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships while supervising administration and internal controls.

You will oversee all branch operations, including asset and staff management, and drive revenue growth while maintaining financial discipline and a focus on quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management / Operations Management / Supply Chain / Engineering or related field (Advantageous).
• Minimum 5 years technical knowledge (forklifts, operations and maintenance).
• Minimum 5 years sales and parts management experience.
• Minimum 5 years staff management experience.
• Strong aptitude for sales and business development.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Valid drivers licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily sales, including rental, parts and service targets vs actual performance, reacting timeously to any identified problems
• Departmental administration management
• Reporting and performance monitoring across various business areas
• Ensuring internal control adherence, pertaining to policies, procedures and controls
• Overall branch management including operational, financial, asset and resource and staff management
• Develop customer relationships and resolve issues timeously
• Ensure achievement of targets in line with budget requirements
• Ensure branch revenue, profit and margin targets are achieved
• Manage and facilitate all work in progress (WIP)
• Monitor and analyse branch financial performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
