Job summary

EnableSA Port Elizabeth is seeking an experienced Branch Manager - Forklifts to lead the day-to-day sales, rental and service operations while driving customer relationships and performance targets.

The role requires strong leadership across administration, reporting, internal controls and overall branch management, including financials, assets and staff, with a focus on achieving budget and margin goals.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 educational requirement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years forklift, operations and maintenance knowledge.
• Minimum 5 years sales and parts management experience.
• Minimum 5 years staff management experience.
• Strong aptitude for sales and business development.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily sales, including rental, parts and service targets vs actual performance.
