Job summary

Metropolitan Life Ltd. in the Eastern Cape invites applications for a Branch Manager role. You will lead and motivate a team of Financial Advisers to deliver excellent client service and achieve channel sales targets.

Requirements include Matric, RE5, FAIS qualifications, and 3–5 years in financial services with at least 2 years in a supervisory role; a valid driver's license and computer literacy are essential. Strong leadership and compliance focus are required to energise the branch culture.

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent NQF Level 5 qualification.
• RE5
• FAIS Representative legislative qualification
• Class of Business 3 and 7 (preferable)
• 3–5 years of working experience in the financial services industry
• A minimum of 2 years of managerial experience overseeing the rendering of financial advice
• Experience in FAIS Tier 1 Long Term Insurance and Pension Benefit products
• A valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle
• Computer literacy
