Job summary

Metropolitan is seeking a dynamic leader to manage and motivate a team of Financial Advisers in a role focused on delivering exceptional client experiences and meeting sales targets. The position requires 3-5 years in financial services, with at least 2 years in management, FAIS qualifications, and a valid driver's license.

The incumbent will drive development plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a high-energy branch culture to maximise performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent NQF Level 5 qualification.
• RE5 and FAIS Representative legislative qualification.
• Class of Business 3 and 7 (preferable).
• 3-5 years of experience in financial services, with at least 2 years in managerial roles.
• Valid driver's license and access to own vehicle; computer literacy.

Role Purpose

Manage and motivate a team of Financial Advisors to deliver an excellent client experience and support the achievement of Metropolitan Channel sales targets.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Matric or equivalent NQF Level 5 qualification
• RE5
• FAIS Representative legislative qualification
• Class of Business 3 and 7 (preferable)

Experience:

• 3-5 years of working experience in the financial services industry
• A minimum of 2 years of managerial experience overseeing the rendering of financial advice
• Experience in FAIS Tier 1 Long Term Insurance and Pension Benefit products
• A valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle
• Computer literacy
