Job summary

Eazi Access in Cape Town seeks a results-driven leader to own the commercial and operational performance of the Cape Town branch as its single point of accountability.

You will drive revenue growth, market share and profitability across rental, sales and service, build enduring customer relationships, and lead the branch team to deliver against financial, operational and people-development targets.

Qualifications

• Grade 12/N3.
• Required: Bachelor’s degree in business management, Commerce, Finance, Sales/Marketing, or a related field.
• Preferred: Postgraduate business qualification (e.g. MBA or PGDip in Business Administration).

Purpose of Position

Qualifications

• Grade 12/N3

Experience

• Required: 5 years’ commercial management experience with direct accountability for revenue and profit targets in a sales, rental, or service environment.
• Required: 5 years in a branch, business unit, or profit-center leadership role managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Required: Proven track record of achieving financial and sales targets and growing market share.
• Required: Demonstrated success in building and retaining key customer and stakeholder relationships at senior level.
• Preferred: Equipment, hire, MEWP, material handling, or industrial services industry experience.
