Responsibilities include client profiling, follow-ups, handling NTUs, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize client portfolios and ensure timely reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Matric (Grade 12) and FAIS compliant preferred.
• RE5 advantageous.
• FAIS Compliant (Wealth Management) as per DOFA requirements.
• Class of Business training to be completed within 12 months of employment.

• Provide sound financial advice and high client service in a branch context.
• Create opportunities for client optimisation and cross selling of value-added products.
• Gain and maintain an in-depth understanding of SRM product ranges.
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable products within affordability.
• Update customers on product changes and manage implications on portfolios.
• Validate client details per product and regulatory requirements; submit new business.
• Conduct due diligence on clients to identify risks.
• Manage appointments and walk-in clients effectively.
• In-branch servicing to standards and escalate queries when needed.
• Log activities per regulations and provide data for reporting.
