Sanlam Developing Markets (SDM) invites applications for a sales-focused role within SRM. The successful candidate will provide sound financial advice, manage client portfolios, and drive cross-selling of value-added products in an in-branch environment.

You will service client profiles, send reminders, monitor NTUs, and maintain payment persistence while aligning with regulatory requirements. Strong product knowledge and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• 1-year experience in a sales or marketing capacity.
• Experience within insurance branches an advantage.
• Matric (Grade 12) and FAIS Compliant (Wealth Management) as per DOFA requirements.
• RE5 advantageous.
• Class of Business training to be completed within 12 months of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Providing sound financial advice and high level of client service in a Branch context; cross-selling of value-added products.
• Servicing and managing all client profiles to ensure clients remain on the books; send payment reminders and follow-ups; address queries.
• Manage NTUs (Not Taken Up) and persistency of client payments; assess client risk profiles and advise on alternative payment arrangements.
• Apply product knowledge to guide clients through policy changes, cancellations and alternative options; escalate queries when needed.
• Remain compliant with regulatory standards; maintain CPD points and keep records of advice.
