CVQuest in Cape Town is seeking a Braider / Wig Installer for their brand new start-up salon. You will braid, install wigs, and provide expert hair styling services, contributing to a vibrant, customer-focused environment.

The role requires accredited qualifications in hairdressing, braiding, wig installation, and 2-3 years of hands-on experience with styling, colouring, extensions, and wig work. You will be part of a young team delivering high-quality finishes and customer care.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in hair care, e.g. styling, colouring, extensions and wig installations.
• Able to create neat and clean finishes and maintain hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Work quickly and efficiently.
• Perform braiding techniques, e.g. box braids, cornrows.
• Install and customise wigs with precision.
• Assist clients select suitable wigs, colours, lengths, etc.
• Maintain wig section.
• Assist with stock control.
• Maintain clean and sanitised work environment at all times.
• Retail products and other services.

Create stunning braids, install beautiful wigs and provide expert hair styling services at this brand new, start up salon in Cape Town as their Braider / Wig Installer. Your knowledge in hair care, extensions, colouring and styling coupled with the appropriate qualification will ensure success.
