Responsibilities

• Assist in ingredient preparation, mise en place, and cooking per senior chefs' recipes and standards.
• Support Chef de Partie or station chefs to ensure smooth service, plating, and garnishing.
• Learn cooking techniques and knife skills under experienced chefs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and storage areas.
• Assist in executing menu items, specials, and orders during service periods.
• Ensure dishes meet quality, flavour, and presentation standards.
• Follow health and safety and sanitation protocols at all times.
• Assist in stock rotation, labeling and inventory control within the kitchen.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth, fast-paced service.
