Job summary

The ideal candidate has 23+ years of boring machine experience, familiarity with verniers, micrometers and gauges, and a strong understanding of measurements and tolerances within a heavy engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric is required.
• 23+ years of boring machine experience.
• Experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Good understanding of measurements and tolerances.
• Experience using verniers, micrometers and gauges.
• Heavy engineering experience is advantageous.
• Relevant technical qualification or trade certificate is advantageous.

Responsibilities
