Raizcorp in Sandton, Gauteng, seeks a meticulous bookkeeper to collate and process financial data confidentially and on time, perform full-function bookkeeping, maintain records, reconcile accounts, and support month-end reporting while acting as a premium brand ambassador for the Raizcorp Group.

Ideal candidate: B.Com Accounting diploma, 3+ years’ full-function bookkeeping (debtors, creditors, cashbooks, GL), and strong Xero proficiency; advanced Excel/Word/Outlook and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Full-function bookkeeping experience in a multi-entity environment.
• Solid reconciliation and reporting capabilities.
• Proficient data entry and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Review supplier invoices and processes according to approvals.
• Perform account reconciliations and monthly balance sheet tasks.
• Support month-end reporting and audit documentation.
• Maintain supplier database and assist procurement processes.
• Produce monthly reports with commentary for heads of department.
