The Globevest Group is seeking a meticulous Bookkeeper for a permanent role at their Lanseria site within the Power Generation industry. You will handle daily bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting to support management and the sales team.

Requirements include Grade 12 with higher grade mathematics, fluency in English and Afrikaans, 2–5 years of experience, proficiency in Excel and MS Office, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transport.

Qualificações

• Grade 12 with higher grade mathematics is mandatory.
• Post matric bookkeeping qualification is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel (advanced).

Responsabilidades

• Process bank statements daily and update stock sheet with sales and deliveries.
• Prepare management and sales reports.
• Process invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Perform VAT, bank, and creditors reconciliations.
• Prepare general journals and postings.
• Handle banking communications and payments loading.
• Prepare documentation for foreign payments.
• Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Attend to customer emails and queries.
