Hire Resolve is currently seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join a dynamic manufacturing company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring the accuracy of financial data, and supporting the overall accounting functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare and post journal entries while ensuring accuracy in financial documentation.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements.
  • Support payroll processing and reporting duties.
  • Maintain an orderly filing system and assist in compliance with financial regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Assist with year-end audits and tax preparations as required.
