Job summary

Hollywoodbets is seeking a Bookkeeper (iBranch) based in uMhlanga, Durban. You will manage monthly journals, ledgers, VAT reconciliations, and management accounts with oversight from Senior Financial staff.

The role requires Matric, strong MS Office skills, and solid knowledge of Ibranch and Sage Evolution. You will support audits and supervise junior clerical staff in a fast-paced gaming environment.

Qualifications

• Matric is essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong understanding of Ibranch operational and financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Review general ledgers to ensure cashbook and creditors are correctly allocated and VAT accounted.
• Capture and post monthly journals.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and relevant performance measures.
• Assist audits and provide schedules requested by auditors.
• Supervise bookkeepers and ensure deadlines are met.
