  • Ability to work in a small team environment
  • Adapt to support others at short notice when critical requests arrive
  • Flexibility to support the odd evening meeting as and when required
Responsibilities
  • Tenant & Owner Relations Handle all communication with tenants and owners.
  • Manage all lease-related communication and documentation.
  • Maintenance Management Report and facilitate all maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure completion and obtain final invoices.
  • Vacant Units Oversee marketing (load on Property24 and website)
  • Liaise with brokers for listings and feedback.
  • Site Visits Attend any site visits required by landlords or tenants.
  • Health & Safety Compliance Update compliance records.
  • Ensure fire equipment servicing and related checks are done – arranging and facilitating.
