Qualifications

Overseeing day-to-day financial administration across multiple entities, this position ensures rigorous accounting standards, operational efficiency, and precise financial management. The role requires a hands‑on professional to take complete ownership of the full bookkeeping function up to trial balance while supporting management with accurate reporting.

The position is central to maintaining month‑end processes, statutory compliance, and balance sheet integrity. Manage financial records with exceptional accuracy while assisting with daily cash flow updates, audit preparations, and general financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the full bookkeeping function through to trial balance across multiple entities.
• Process and review journals, perform bank reconciliations, and maintain balance sheet accuracy.
• Maintain the fixed asset register and support both month-end and year-end close processes.
• Compile supporting schedules for tax, SARS compliance, and annual audit purposes.
