Job summary

Dante Personnel is seeking a bonded registrations specialist to manage files from inception to registration in Vereeniging, Gauteng. The role requires fluency in Afrikaans and English, and deep knowledge of transfer and bond registration requirements.

You will draft documents, liaise with banks and Deeds Office, ensure FICA compliance, and maintain accurate records in Lexis Convey and Stordoc. Matric is required, with 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Afrikaans and English fluency
• 3-5 years in bond registrations
• Understand transfer and registration requirements
• Proficient in Lexis Convey, Stordoc, E4 and MS 365

Responsibilities

• Draft transfer and bond registration documents
• Run files independently from inception to registration
• Liaise with banks, clients, agents and the Deeds Office
• Ensure compliance with FICA, regulatory and bank requirements
• Attend to final statements and close files
• Keep accurate dairy and capture data in Lexis Convey and Stordoc
