AB InBev Group is hiring a Boiler Operator to safely operate Coal & Biogas Boilers and related equipment in our production facility. You will ensure quality and quantity targets align with the scheduled plan, monitor performance, and uphold safety and housekeeping standards.

The role requires at least 2 years in general production within FMCG, strong technical skills, and the ability to work in a team. Trade-tested candidates are an advantage and internal applicants require line manager approval.

Qualifications

• Matric or Grade 12 is required.
• Trade test would be an advantage.
• Computer literacy is required.
• Two years general production experience in FMCG preferred.
• Experience in a utilities/ processing environment is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Monitor boiler performance continuously.
• Measure and interpret trends of performance attributes.
• Apply OHS procedures to maintain safety.
• Maintain workplace safety and housekeeping standards.
• Optimise production performance and efficiency.
• Operate plant and process equipment according to plan.
• Report plant, machine and process issues promptly.
• Prepare boilers for government inspections and ensure safety compliance.
• Collaborate with the team and contribute to development.
