Tailormade Solution is seeking an experienced Procurement Officer with board industry expertise for their team in Jacobs, Durban. The role focuses on sourcing boards and related products, handling orders, and maintaining supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in procurement, a relevant qualification, and strong negotiation and organizational skills. Immediate availability is preferred, with a hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment.

• 3-5 years of relevant procurement experience.
• Board industry experience is essential.
• Qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Source and purchase boards, raw materials, and related products.
• Negotiate competitive pricing and favourable supplier terms.
• Process purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure materials are available when required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Ensure cost-effective procurement and timely delivery of goods.
