We're looking for a Field Service Technician – BMH Equipment to join our Field Services Team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair services for bulk material handling equipment while supporting safe and reliable customer operations. Your work will play a key part in maximizing equipment performance, minimizing downtime, and delivering excellent customer service.
You will report to the Field Service Manager – Bulk Hub, Southern Africa.
This role is based in Cape Town, South Africa.
You will join the Field Services Team, working closely with management, Metso employees, suppliers, subcontractors, customers, and site personnel. The team is committed to delivering safe, high-quality field service support and maintaining strong customer relationships across bulk material handling operations.
