Placements24 is seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to cover the Bloemfontein, Free State territory. You will engage with prospective and existing customers on-site, understand their needs, present solutions, and close deals to grow market share.

This role rewards hands-on selling, strong relationship building, and self-management, with a base salary plus commission and travel allowances, plus benefits and ongoing sales training.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in field sales or a similar customer-facing sales role.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong ability to prospect, negotiate, and close sales independently.
• Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer interactions and sales activities.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel within the territory.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a field-based role.

Responsibilities

• Actively pursue new business opportunities within the designated sales territory through direct customer visits and outreach.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent service and tailored solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and value proposition of our offerings.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective territory planning and execution.
• Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.
• Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, from lead generation through to closing deals and post-sale follow-up.
