Placements24 invites a seasoned Blockchain Technical Lead for Smart Contract Auditing in Paarl, Western Cape. You will lead a team of security analysts, define audit methodologies, and drive secure development practices across Ethereum, BSC, and Solana platforms.

The ideal candidate has a Masters in CS or Cybersecurity with 7+ years in cybersecurity and 5+ in blockchain auditing, deep Solidity/Vyper expertise, and strong client-facing communication to advise on security best practices.

Qualificações

• Master's degree required in CS, cybersecurity, or related field.
• 7+ years in cybersecurity with at least 5 years in blockchain security and smart contract auditing.
• Proven track record leading technical teams and delivering complex security assessments.
• Deep expertise in smart contract languages (Solidity, Vyper) and common vulnerabilities.
• Strong understanding of blockchain architectures, consensus mechanisms, and cryptography.
• Experience with formal verification tools and static/dynamic analysis techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a team of blockchain security analysts and smart contract auditors.
• Define, refine, and implement methodologies for smart contract security audits.
• Conduct in-depth reviews of smart contract code across Ethereum, BSC, Solana.
• Identify vulnerabilities including reentrancy, overflows, gas limit issues, and logic flaws.
• Oversee development and use of advanced security analysis tools.
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to audit team members.
