Placements24 is seeking a talented Blockchain Engineer to join a fully remote, distributed team. You will work on core blockchain components, focusing on performance, scalability, and security, contributing to the protocol used across a global network.

You will design, optimize, and validate consensus mechanisms, APIs, and cryptographic features while collaborating with researchers and engineers in a flexible, asynchronous environment.

Qualificações

• Strong CS foundation in distributed systems, cryptography and data structures.
• Experience in C++, Go, or Rust for core blockchain development.
• Familiar with PoW/PoS and network protocols.
• Proven ability to optimize performance and secure complex systems.
• Prior work in fully remote asynchronous environments is a plus.
