Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or Biochemical Engineering.
• 3–5 years in biopharmaceutical process development or manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with bioreactor operation, cell culture, fermentation and downstream processing.
• GMP regulatory requirements knowledge.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize microbial or mammalian cell culture processes for biologics.
• Perform process validation, scale-up studies and technology transfer.
• Monitor and control bioprocess parameters to ensure quality and yield.
• Troubleshoot deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with R&D, QA, and manufacturing teams.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations on process development activities.
